Marta Salvat Balaguer is a Spanish writer and speaker specialized in personal growth and spirituality. Before dedicating herself to writing, she had a prominent career as a sports dancer, achieving four Spanish championships and a world final with her dance partner, Enric Lluch. After retiring from the dance world, she directed her career towards personal development, sharing her experiences and knowledge through talks and workshops.

Among her most notable works is "Tú eres yo" (2022), where she addresses the study of the shadow and how the outside reflects our inner world. Another of her books is "Decide de nuevo: Aproximación a un curso de milagros, porque tu prioridad es la paz", in which she offers a practical guide to achieving inner peace through spiritual teachings. Additionally, in "El árbol transgeneracional: nuestro sistema familiar y sus lealtades" (2019), she explores how family dynamics influence our life and how to free ourselves from inherited patterns.
