A mother, survivor, and advocate for open conversations about unhealthy and abusive relationships.

Drawing on her own experiences and the stories shared by other women, she wrote Open Your Eyes to shine a light on behaviours that are too often normalised or ignored. Her hope is that by speaking openly about these experiences, more women will recognise the warning signs of abuse and feel empowered to seek support and safety.

She believes that the more we talk about these issues, the harder it becomes for abusive behaviour to hide.
