Jun Mochizuki (望月淳), born on December 22 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, is a prominent mangaka known for her works in the dark fantasy genre. She made her professional debut in 2004 with a one-shot titled "Pandora Hearts", which she later developed into a full series. Her first serialization was "Crimson-Shell" in 2005, published in Monthly GFantasy magazine.

Among her most notable works are "Pandora Hearts" (2006-2015), a 24-volume series that blends elements of fantasy and mystery, and "The Case Study of Vanitas" (original title: "Vanitas no Carte", 2015-present), which continues to be published and was adapted into an anime in 2021.
