Synopsis "Quellbeständigkeit von Nanopolymer - Nanokomposit (in German)"

Der Nanokomposit aus Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Monomer/Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk (EPDM/SBR) und Nanosilika (SiO2) wurde hergestellt. Die 0-10 Teile pro Hundert Kautschuk (phr) von SiO2 mit EPDM/SBR wurden auf einem Zweiwalzenstuhl gemischt. Die Wirkung von Nanosilika (0-10 phr) und Silan-Kopplungsmittel (Bis(triethoxysilylpropyl)-tetrasulfid) (TESPT) auf die Aushärtungseigenschaften, die mechanischen Eigenschaften, die Rückprallelastizität, die Druckeigenschaften, den Abrieb, die Quellfähigkeit und die morphologischen Eigenschaften der EPDM/SBR-SiO2-Nanokomposite wurde untersucht und studiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sich die mechanischen Eigenschaften, die Abriebfestigkeit und die Quellfähigkeit mit steigendem Gehalt an Nanosilikatpartikeln erhöhen.
