The purpose of this study is to holistically analyze the business process of bank cash deposits, rethink and redesign how this business process can be done with the current technology and develop a system that could be employed for use.The main objective of this project is to re-engineer the business process of bank cash deposits in order to save time and resources on the part of the customer and the bank. In order for this to be achieved, it is imperative to develop a real-time information system which will run on a VOUCHER CARD-DEPOSIT technology which will reduce waiting and service times.
