"Searching for Lao Tzu", cast in fiction but based in fact proposes - "what if..., just what if your life really was only the entry phase of a 300 year span of existence? Good God! Holy Tao!" Carson exclaimed to his Cosmic Team, "Oh my dear, dear Cosmic Companions - what if - indeed these were only the opening scenes, the first 60 years with a good full 250 more years to soldier on over the next couple centuries!" An absolutely staggering, positively mind blowing proposition was exploding within Carson's whole life and world view - something on the order of Cortez's Fountain of Youth - the Elixir of Immortality. Astounding puzzle pieces unexpectedly materialized and dropped into this life picture revolving around the staggering findings in the realm of prolonged longevity of the Taoist sages down through the centuries. "On the other hand," Carson (fictionally but factually) puzzled with this Cosmic Advisory Team, "we are putting forth a structure and societal transformation many are urgently seeking. Many, many...., to the tune of millions of people are working their way down that treacherous path. Maybe this is a spiritual journey, something we give to the world, and they give back to the cause, and because I trust and believe, it works out. We gain a grasp of broader implications of the blending of profound and profane, the yin and yang, as they become clear in pursuit of Lao Tzu and the Tao. "Oh my - we are talking about End of Life planning or End of Life avoidance on a massive scale," Carson marveled. "We are setting up a whole arrangement for rounding out the end of life for everyone so that it doesn't have to be the miserable "hard choice". It could even be a choice delayed for a couple hundred years. Wow," Carson laughed aloud, "The plan for everyone else for the end of life. This proposition is so huge," he went on, "we are looking at pulling those pieces, those ends together into an organized structure. Its time to set up a good clear design that people from all walks of life can look too and see a good, safe, systematic approach to - or avoidance of the ends transition.
