An unstoppable virus. Everything we took for granted is gone. Only the strong will survive.
In the aftermath of a devastating flu pandemic, hope returns for the survivors of the Millennial Virus.
The truth about the outbreak had remained hidden until now. Could a clandestine government research project help explain the scale and speed of its spread?
When the search for a vaccine leads the Allies to a classified government testing facility beyond the New Forest, could an inactive bio-weapons program accelerate their research? Could one man hold the key to discovering the origin and causes of the outbreak?

Under the watchful protection of the Allies, Hurst Castle has resumed its centuries-old role guarding the western entrance to the Solent, the Isle of Wight designated a quarantine zone free of the virus. The tide of refugees surging towards the island has impossibly pressured already scarce resources.
For those lucky enough to call Hurst their home, the medieval fortress provides sanctuary from the surrounding wasteland. As Zed Samuels and the other survivors struggle to restore purpose to their shattered lives, rival groups threaten the castle’s closely guarded resources. Zed must discover the truth about the Allies before it’s too late.
Not everyone shares the Allies’ aspirations for reconstruction. Dark forces seek to prolong the lawlessness, pursuing their own ambitions. There’s a war coming that threatens to return the entire region to chaos. Hurst Castle finds itself in the path of the coming storm.
