I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. 1st Corinthians 9:26 The purpose of this book was to encourage those who have been beat down to the lowest levels of life; to help them to understand that no matter how far down you go, Jesus is there standing with you to pull you back up to where He knows you should be. Because He knows the greatness that He has placed inside of you. There are so many things that happen in life, things that can really put you in a state of mind that says, "give up! However, that is only the devil playing games in your mind, trying to make you believe that these thoughts are from you. This is where the Word of God in 2nd Corinthians 10:5 will put the devil to flight, "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity EVERY thought to the obedience of Christ..." I am a living witness of the message of "GRACE," and how our Heavenly Father can put the shattered pieces of our lives back together again; even better than they were before. And so, I say to you: KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH! KEEP STANDING! KEEP BELIEVING! NEVER GIVE UP! Kathy Ann Taylor is first and foremost a woman who loves the Lord and His people. Her passion for those who have been misused and abused was the driving force for this book. She is the wife of Larry J. Taylor, and the Mother of three Sons. They reside in a small town of DeRidder, in the state of Louisiana, where their home is used as a ministry to those who have been wounded by the pressures of life. She has been blessed to be an intercessory prayer warrior; using this gift to pray for and on behalf of those to whom God directs.
