Gottfried Wörishofer, selbst krisen- und psychiatrieerfahren, war ma geblich an der Selbsthilfebewegung beteiligt, die sich hoffnungsvoll in den frühen 90ern herausbildete. Er ist Mitbegründer der Selbsthilfe Münchner Psychiatrie-Erfahrene e.V. (MüPE) in München im Jahr 1994. Diese Bewegung hat so manchem Betroffenen den persönlichen Genesungsweg erleichtert oder gar ermöglicht. Ein Buch, das allen Mut macht, Betroffenen, Angehörigen wie professionell Tätigen.
