Migrationsströme sind auf Prozesse der Akkulturation, des Multikulturalismus und des Interkulturalismus zurückzuführen, auf deren Grundlage Hypothesen der Assimilation, der Anpassung, der Selektivität und der Identität getestet wurden. Unter diesen Annahmen lassen sich Ausgrenzungsphänomene zwischen Einheimischen und Migranten untersuchen, die im organisatorischen Bereich das Stigma der Ausbildung und die Qualität der Arbeit betreffen. Zielsetzung. Ziel der Studie war es, die Zuverlässigkeit und Gültigkeit eines Instruments zur Messung der Stigmatisierung am Arbeitsplatz anhand von zwei Dimensionen in Bezug auf die Ausbildung und die Qualität der Leistung zu ermitteln.
