Synopsis "Stories for an Autumn Day"

This autumn anthology brings together the third edition of short works from the “What’s Your Story” group. All are members of the California Writers Club Mt. Diablo branch. Before deciding to publish their first collection, Stories for a Rainy Day, the group had been meeting monthly at a local library for the sheer joy of sharing their creations. The stories in this volume represent our third published collaboration. As the long, warm summer days drift into the crisp chill of Fall, we hope you will find these pieces a fine accompaniment to your routine. Perhaps a story will help you wind down before bedtime or fill a gap in an otherwise empty spot when you can squeeze in a little escape into another world.
