In diesem Buch werden die Konstruktion und die strukturelle Analyse eines hydraulischen Druckunterstützungssystems vorgestellt, das für einen PEM-Elektrolyseur-Stapel entwickelt wurde. Das System wurde entwickelt, um gleichmä ige, kontrollierbare Drucklasten von bis zu 75 Tonnen mit Hilfe eines hydraulischen Hebers und eines Öltanks auf einem Stahlrahmen aufzubringen. Es wurde eine Finite-Elemente-Analyse (FEA) durchgeführt, um das Spannungs- und Verformungsverhalten bei verschiedenen Lastfällen zu bewerten. Die Ergebnisse bestätigten, dass die aus Stahl der Güteklasse E250 hergestellte Struktur eine ausreichende Festigkeit, Steifigkeit und Sicherheit für PEM-Stapelkompressionsanwendungen bietet. Diese Studie schlie t die Lücke zwischen der Wasserstoffforschung im Laborma stab und der mechanischen Konstruktion im industriellen Ma stab und bietet eine praktische und kostengünstige Lösung für künftige Wasserstoff-Energiesysteme.
