"The Cheesecake Man" is a motivational "CAREER DAY" based children's book. More than an ordinary story, it correlates the actual experiences of visiting schools and encouraging many bright and intelligent children. Providing a rewarding career option in the Culinary Arts Industry. Many children were fully interactive and even at an early age, expressed their interest in various career options, including Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Education, Aeronautics, Science, Politics, Sports, Entertainment, Computer Software, Finance, etc. We spoke about famous people in their career choices, their role models and what inspires them to reach for and achieve their goals. I shared my process from when I was 1st inspired, to my education, experience, daily routine (starting at 4 am) which sources I sell cheesecakes to, my charities, future entrepreneurial goals and how I plan, through discipline, determination and smart work, to achieve them. At the completion of each presentation, I always provided the children and staff with tasty "Specialty" cheesecake treats, which they've ALWAYS enjoyed!
