Synopsis "The Concerto"

The Concerto tells the tale of Melody Rosen, a world-famous flutist whose primary desire in life is to find unconditional love. She and Paul Rosen, a plumber ten years her junior, seduce each other. They spend several delightful afternoons together, then fall in love and marry. Melody and Paul have a marvelous life together-honeymooning at Hilton Head, vacationing in Italy-and Melody is convinced she has at long last found the kind of love she needs. But when Melody begins developing Alzheimer's, life goes steadily downhill. The Concerto courageously and compassionately delves into issues about the nature of love and those who experience it, even in their darkest days.
