Synopsis "The Invincible Iron Man Omnibus Vol. 3"

Welcome back to the classic adventures of Iron Man! In this Omnibus, a revolution in Latin America keeps Tony Stark on his toes while the Spymaster puts together an elite team with one objective: destroy Stark Industries! Then things take a turn for the extraordinary when visions of Iron Man's death torment Tony's ESP-empowered fiancée! Joined by the Guardsman, Iron Man must face a host of enemies - before an entirely new league of villain debuts in the historic first appearance of Thanos (not to mention Drax the Destroyer and Moondragon)! Finally, against the backdrop of an increasingly tense love triangle between Tony Stark, Pepper Potts and Happy Hogan, running a savage gauntlet from the Mandarin to Whiplash pushes Iron Man to the limit! Collecting IRON MAN (1968) #26-67 and DAREDEVIL (1964) #73.

George Tuska (April 26, 1916 – October 16, 2009) was a prolific American comic book artist, known for his work at major publishers including Marvel and DC Comics. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, and raised in New York, he studied at the Art Students League before starting his career in the 1930s working at the studios of Will Eisner and Jerry Iger.

During the Golden Age, he worked in a variety of genres: superheroes, crime, horror, science fiction, and westerns. In the 1940s and 50s, he collaborated with companies like Atlas (predecessor of Marvel) and produced comic strips like Scorchy Smith. His dynamic style and quick drawing ability made him one of the most reliable artists in the industry.

At DC Comics, he worked on titles such as Superman, Challengers of the Unknown, and World's Finest Comics, occasionally collaborating with writers like E. Nelson Bridwell and Cary Bates. However, he is most remembered for his stint at Marvel, particularly for his work on Iron Man, which he drew for nearly a decade, visually defining the character for generations of readers.

George Tuska continued working in comics well into the 1990s. His career spanned over six decades, leaving a lasting impact on both Marvel and DC.
