Synopsis "The Mother of Demons"

Samuel Maxwell crosses paths with the Mother of Demons, a classical vampire that dwells in the night and hungers for human blood. Transformed into a vampire himself, Sam battles to preserve his humanity while being compelled to succumb to dark desires. Guided by a mysterious ancient woman and a wary reverend, Sam is immersed into a tenebrous netherworld, a world in which vampires have influenced the course of human civilization, a fact which will challenge his very concept of good and evil. As his strength grows, Sam discovers he must prepare to defend his existence in a ritual that will test his untried powers - and his character. He will need to learn quickly if he is to be judged fit to survive by the sinister vampire that mistakenly created him, and a jury of her primeval offspring.
