Synopsis "The Rusty Old Tricycle Of Abacus Shin"

When the heavens open up and unleash torrid amounts of rain, poor Mollie Button realizes that she has a hole in her shoe! The local bus has broke down, so she decides to make the journey home on foot where she encounters the strange and eccentric Abacus Shin. A ride is offered, but not in any type of motor vehicle as he s riding a rusty old tricycle. As the two adventurers set off at pedal pace, young Miss Button suddenly notices that they are actually flying. The first port of call is the moon, which is made of cheese, where they encounter an inter-galactic agent on a course for earth who is partial to a ham sandwich. The intrepid duo are then captured by a megalomaniac monkey who wants to conquer the Universe. It is here that Mollie meets a young female by the name of Quill and together they rescue Mr Shin. Forces gather to defeat the crazed General Zep. Amongst them, the slightly crazy himself, Nickel Colorado, an alien obsessed with America s Wild West. As the space battle looms, Mollie learns that there s more to Abacus Shin than just a doddery old fool and star polisher. She also thinks, several times, that all she wanted to do, was to get home and see if grandma was well and maybe she should have kept on foot.
