In Tones of the Body's Voices: Carter = Money = Power, Carter Winslow has emerged from his lakeside hideaway after five years, finally deciding to rebuild his family and community relationships. With his Lanco Investment Company doing well, Carter is able to exercise his option to buy the Schnofleck Christmas tree farm, depot, and gift shop.
