Synopsis "Views of the sea from the mountaintop"

Ever since early childhood, I was drawn to reading, writing, nature and science. However, repeated reading of motivational poems since my early 20s lead me to realise that I too could express my thoughts and feelings in verse. Thus, when my wife encouraged me to accept this 21 poem challenge presented by BookLeaf Publishers I readily did so with the resolve that all the poems would be new and be mostly based on our recent experiences.
