Synopsis "WHERE IS HEATHER? The Disappearance of Heather Nicole Kullorn. Richmond Heights, Missouri · July 15, 1999"

She Was Twelve Years Old. She Has Never Been Found.

On the night of July 14, 1999, twelve-year-old Heather Nicole Kullorn was babysitting a two-month-old infant at an apartment in Richmond Heights, Missouri - a quiet suburb just outside St. Louis. The baby's mother was working a night shift. The baby's father was out.

At approximately 2:00 a.m., a neighbor saw a man carrying a child wrapped in a comforter out of the building.

By 5:00 a.m., police had been called. The baby was alone and screaming. A white floral comforter was missing. Blood was found on the couch, on a wash rag, on pillows stuffed behind a trash can.

Heather Kullorn was gone.

She has never been found.

Where Is Heather? is a deep and unflinching account of one of St. Louis's most haunting cold cases - a twelve-year-old girl taken in the night, a drug-connected apartment, a witness who saw a man but couldn't identify him, and an investigation that has stretched across more than twenty-five years without delivering the answer that Heather's family still desperately needs.

Drawing on public records, law enforcement filings, advocacy databases, and decades of media coverage, this book tells the complete story: who Heather was, what happened on Yale Avenue, what investigators believe - and why the case remains open to this day.

Heather was a mild diabetic. She needed insulin every day. Whoever took her knew that. The clock started the moment she disappeared.

If you have information about Heather Kullorn's disappearance, please contact the Richmond Heights Police Department at (314) 645-3000.
