Ana Iris Simón
Ana Iris Simón (Campo de Criptana, Spain, 1991) attended public schools in Aranjuez. She studied Journalism and Audiovisual Communication at Rey Juan Carlos University in Fuenlabrada, which she balanced with various precarious jobs. She worked as a journalist at Telva and later became an editor at Vice and a scriptwriter at Playz of Spanish Television. She currently writes a weekly column in El País. Feria, for which she received the Award Las Librerías Recomiendan for Best Debut 2020, was her first book, followed by ¿Y si fuera feria cada día? (Lumen, 2023)
