Carlos Gajardo

CARLOS GAJARDO is a lawyer from the University of Chile with a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile. He was a lawyer for the State Defense Council between 1998-2001 and a prosecutor for the Public Ministry at the Maule Regional Prosecutor's Office 2001-2004. Additionally, he has been a prosecutor for the Public Ministry in Ñuñoa and Providencia 2005-2010 and chief prosecutor in the same division between 2010 and 2014 and chief prosecutor of the High Complexity East Prosecutor's Office from 2014 to 2018. He specializes in economic crimes, computer crimes, money laundering, and corruption. Speaker and trainer of Prosecutors at the Prosecutor's Office of Chile. Professor of the Compliance Diploma at Adolfo Ibáñez University, professor of the Litigation Diploma at Catholic University of Chile and of the MBA at University of Santiago de Chile. Academic Director of the Economic Criminal Law Diploma at Adolfo Ibáñez University.
