Claudia Pelissier
Claudia Pélissier was born in Santiago, Chile, and from a very young age showed a special interest in writing and drawing, inspired by her grandparents' large house in the Ñuñoa district, where she spent her childhood. In a huge backyard, filled with magical and mysterious corners, she created stories that she later captured in texts and illustrations.
She is a professional advertiser and worked for more than 30 years in agencies and in the world of communications, while simultaneously developing her passion for children's literature, aiming to promote entertaining reading, bring children closer to traditional games, and rescue the simple moments of life.
During the pandemic, she faced the need to reinvent herself and chose to dedicate herself completely to artistic creation, focusing on writing, illustrating, and creating books. In recent years, she has also added the creation of coloring books, aimed at audiences of all ages.
Currently, she is fully dedicated to book creation and the development of the educational project “My book, I wrote it,” an initiative that invites children to become authors of their own books, enhancing their creativity and imagination.
