Esteban Cruz Niño
Esteban Cruz Niño (Bogotá, 1979) is an anthropologist, historian, and Colombian writer specialized in paranormal phenomena, mystery, and popular culture. He holds a Master's degree in History and a PhD in Art History and Musicology from the University of Salamanca, Spain. He has taught at the Autonomous University of Colombia and the University of Rosario.
Among his most notable works are "Los monstruos en Colombia sí existen" (2013), "Vampiros, caníbales y payasos asesinos" (2016), "Expedientes X Colombia" (2018), and "El libro negro de la brujería en Colombia" (2022). In addition to his literary work, he has participated in radio and television programs related to mystery and the paranormal, and has advised the Secretary of Culture of Bogotá on heritage issues.
