Sofía Contreras
Sofía Contreras is an Argentine writer, speaker, and entrepreneur born in Villa Carlos Paz. With a degree in Public Relations from Universidad Siglo 21, her professional career started at 22, while she was still studying. Her passion for technology and education led her to various roles within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including leading accelerators, government programs, and investment funds focused on technology.

In 2016, she co-founded the non-profit organization Girls in Technology, aimed at reducing the gender gap in the tech field. The organization has made a significant impact, with a presence in 18 countries and over 7,000 women participating in its programs. In 2021, she co-wrote the book Girls in Technology: Rebooting the System, published by Penguin Random House, addressing the barriers women face in the tech sector and proposing solutions to foster their inclusion.

In 2020, she founded Mastery Haus, a business consulting firm that has advised startups and corporations on their growth. That same year, she launched her business and productivity academy, which has trained more than 18,000 students. Her podcast "Move into Action" is one of the most listened to in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia, where she shares strategies to overcome procrastination and achieve personal and professional goals.

Contreras has been recognized for her work in the entrepreneurial field, being selected as one of the Top 10 Argentine entrepreneurs by the French Embassy in 2017. Her mission is to help others build the life they want, sharing her experience and knowledge through her books, conferences, and digital platforms.
