Yokoi Kenji Díaz
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, son of a Japanese father and Colombian mother, he lived the first ten years of his life in Latin America (Panama, Costa Rica, and Colombia) alongside his Colombian grandfather. After this experience, he returned to his parents in the beautiful port of Yokohama, Japan, where for 14 years he worked as a translator and guide for the large Latin community that in the nineties migrated, captivated by working in prestigious companies. Having lived a striking social experience in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Kenji further developed his social vocation and created a cultural exchange project between Latin America and Japan aimed at fostering a mindset of discipline, work, and development among Latin Americans. The outcome of this experience quickly turned him into a top-tier speaker who took the best of each culture to make his audience think about how to leverage their abilities and talents to create a better society.
