The Decision making by using the machine learning application for identification the things on long range by using radio wave is computer science and system engineering thesis which demand the development of three major technology area these should be worked together: 1) Wave propagation on long range technology; 2) Microcontroller architecture and technology; 3) The development of machine learning program to make decision quickly .Are open field but it is started by me through this thesis and I invite other researchers to continue on this thesis.The particularity of this thesis is to combine these three majors and develop each it. I design the hardware which helps us to orient the waves on some direction or desirable direction and make other design for future microcontroller and how connect the machine learning algorithm, artificial intelligence to microcontroller to make the decision quickly by using the algorithms and programming in practice case.I show in this thesis how it is possible in near future to travel from earth to other planet as Mars to make good live and communicate in real time between us and them.
