They are now in the very different world of today, but nostalgia for the past and the Raj is strongly accented in these Brexit times. This work could be called an essay in Occidentalism [the reverse of Orientalism], a look at English values from an Indian perspectives, but all still kindly wrapped up in a 'spiffing' adventure.
