Kream Keeps Going - Barbara Major-Lawson

Kream has a big dream: to become a great basketball player. After a thrilling dream of his own, he sets off for Maple Street Court, eager to practice--but the neighbors he meets along the way need a helping hand. Guided by his grandmother’s Scripture and the kind words of his community, Kream discovers that doing what’s right matters just as much as chasing a goal. At the court, missed shots test his patience, and he has to decide whether to give up or keep trying. This warm adventure gently teaches perseverance, kindness, and the value of learning from every try. A thoughtful early-reader story for children who love basketball, big dreams, and seeing a young hero grow.
