In dieser Arbeit soll untersucht werden, ob das Gedächtnis, das für die Ballettaufführung "Encantos destes Campos" im Jahr 2004 von der Ballettakademie La Ballerina in Ponta Grossa (PR) aufgebaut wurde, um einen wirtschaftlichen und symbolischen Wert zu schaffen, zum Aufbau und/oder zur Stärkung der lokalen Identität der Tänzerinnen und Tänzer beigetragen hat, und zwar unter dem Gesichtspunkt, dass die Aufführung einen Bezug zur lokalen Geschichte hatte. Durch die Diskussion von Begriffen wie Erinnerung, Kultur, kulturelles Erbe, Identität und das kulturelle Panorama der Stadt, in der die Show produziert wurde, war es möglich, das Verständnis der Show aus der Perspektive der kulturellen Produktion zu analysieren, sowohl im Produktionsprozess als auch in den Präsentationen.
