I have done this deliberately to maintain the character and atmosphere of the times and occasions in which they were written over these 26 years. A special note to the reader: this is not a "Greatest Hits" album, nor is it a collection of "The Best Of..." I have selected the pieces for this collection in an attempt to provide the reader with a sampling of the diverse topics that my 1400 consecutive Sunday columns represent.
