(Bogotá, 1977) Holds a PhD in literature from Harvard University and is a professor of Latin American culture and creative writing at Wesleyan University (United States). She has written extensively about memory, violence, and nature in contemporary Colombian culture. She coordinated the testimonial and museographic project Letters of Persistence (Luis Ángel Arango Library, Bogotá) and the anthology of the same name (2008)
