He has been running a yoga center for over four decades, Shadak, which has been attended by more than half a million people. El libro es excelente, el contenido te llena el alma y todo lo describe de tal forma que encuentras el verdadero significado a muchas cosas y situaciones. No le puse las 5 estrellas porque el título en la página está escrito “ENSE¥ANZAS” y no “ENSEÑANZAS” lo cual dificulta la búsqueda, pero el resto todo fue maravilloso.
