Jorge Luis Olivares Peña
Jorge Luis Olivares Peña is a Mexican surgeon specialized in criminology and forensic medicine. Graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), he continued his training at the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), where he specialized in Forensic Medicine.
